Ischemic Compression:

Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) is defined as pain that originates from myofascial trigger points in skeletal muscle, which is a common condition that all of us have experienced it. The most common areas for trigger points are upper back and between shoulder blades but it could happen anywhere in the body. Ischemic compression therapy is one of the best treatments for it. It’s characterized by deliberately blocking the passage of blood to the affected area. This produces a resurgence of blood flow once that pressure is released.
