Taping:

Taping lifts the layers of skin, creating a microscopic space between the skin and tissue below. This tiny space helps alleviate pressure and allows the blood and lymphatic fluid to flow freely in and out of the area of injury. Taping in chiropractic refers to the use of specialized tape, such as kinesiology tape, to provide support, stability, and pain relief to specific areas of the body. The benefits of taping in chiropractic include:

  • Pain relief

  • Support and stabilization

  • Improve posture and alignment

  • Reduce swelling and inflammation

  • Facilitated movement and muscle activation

  • Enhanced recovery and performance
